This 45,409 square foot, three-story office building is located in the Brighton Business Park. The stepped profile facing the expressway provides a dynamic elevation as well as creating varying size lease spaces, giving the developer greater flexibility in marketing. Attention to detail in the masonry helps to engage possible tenants as they approach the building. We have also worked with the developer on other projects: Summerwood Center Fonda Place, Phases 1 through 3.
