Masco R&D tasked Lindhout with converting their traditional existing office space to a open office to support their collaborative work culture. The office's interior design draws from Masco's nearby Livonia Lindhout-designed World Headquarters for continuity between facilities. A new breakroom cafe, upgraded toilet rooms, new fitness room and welcoming lobby were included in the redesign to maximize the existing footprint. In addition, the Team renovated three existing labs providing functional upgrades to respond to evolving customer needs.
