Lindhout Associates was tapped to help Masco Corp (owner of 18 home improvement and new construction brands including Behr® paint, Delta® and Hansgrohe® faucets) take employees from its current headquarters in Taylor, Michigan, into a new, 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Livonia, Michigan. 

The new headquarters, located near Schoolcraft College, boasts athletic facilities as well as conference and meeting space for the company and community organizations all arrayed around a dramatic, 3 story atrium of thermochromic self-tinting glass.
