Behr Paint sought to establish a new midwest manufacturing and distribution facility, and partnered with Lindhout Associates from the concept phase to realize their vision. LAA provided comprehensive integrated services including site selection expertise, tax incentive consulting, complete building design and engineering, process and warehousing equipment analysis and construction administration. The resulting 300,000+ square foot facility utilized tilt-up concrete panel construction to ensure timely assembly. Lindhout Associates also provided comprehensive code and material analysis consulting.
