An expansive 117,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse with 2 “skybridge” connectors spanning over a major roadway. One bridge is used for conveying product from the manufacturing facility into the warehouse, while the other serves as a purely pedestrian link for employees to travel between buildings. Both bridges needed to meet strict highway truck clearance requirements. The $22.5 M. project was completed in 2023, on time and under budget
