Building 2 for the Atlas Copco Corporation was originally designed as an office and industrial building, but after the change in ownership, it was determined that it was to be industrial only. The owner still wanted an office appearance facing Grand River. As a result, the facade facing Grand River has a 2-story office appearance with brick and tinted glass.
