This addition and renovation proposal aimed to resolve our client’s pressing need for additional square footage, as well as to provide a personalized face to broadcast the bakery’s presence within the Fenton community. 

Crust, having rapidly grown in popularity and demand since its inception, is recognized for its superior baked goods. Upon determining that Crust had needed to grow, planning efforts began to converge for this extensive project proposal. Key program elements designated to be provided included – café/dining space with a beverage bar, enlarged retail space, adjoining commercial kitchen, added storage space, accessory offices and an employee break room.
